The car has another problem unrelated to it not starting. the gauges do not work they started acting up and finally quit. I have read that you have to replace some of the wiring but it was not very detailed info. If anybody has fixed this or has a link that would be great, Thanks again newbie, Justin

Def check the fuse first before you go ripping everything apart, I would even replace the fuse if it doesn't look blown. Also usually the fuse powers 2 things so if one works and the other doesn't you know it's not the fuse. So reference the fuse guide in your manual or a Bently Book.

I would try disconnecting both battery terminals, holding them together for 10 seconds, then reconnecting them and see if the gauges work again.
