golf 4 headlights on a golf 3

i am tryng to put mk 4 headlights on my mk 3 buth i don't know if i should modify my fender or what so if any one knows of a different way please respond

or you could just put later Cabrio headlights on your car.. since they fit and they look just like mk4 lights
