Default GTi VR6 95 Short Shifter

Folks,

I want to add a SS kit to my car, I used to have one on my 2.0 and the trow beetwen gear on the VR6 seen way too long. I see son neuspeed for about USD$300, but looking around found this item on ebay, so I will like to know if there no much difference......like I'm not in USA need to be sure what I'm getting, pls let me know

my friend had the neuspeed ss kit on his golf and it was pretty sweet. I think he paid around $30-50 for his. I'll find out where he got his.
EDIT: I didn't know that a 2.0 and vr6 had different shifters. here is the link anyways:

The SS for a VR6 is more involved than the 2.0 one. More difficult to install, more money, yada yada. As far as shortening the throw, I've haven't experienced it first hand.

Das,

So I wont get a real shorting??

Because on the 2.0 was a real 50% reduction and I feel the VR longer than the stock ABA

For a VR you're looking at over $150 usually. DieselGeek and B&M are a couple that come to mind.

I've driven a VR6 GTi with a dieselGeek shortshifter and it was extremly nice
