Default head work on a 2.0 0bd2

I am acquiring all the little parts I need to to swap cam, timing belt, water pump, cam gear, light weight lifters, reinforced valve springs, and a deramped throttle body.

What kind of gaskets should I look into buying, and are they all included in a set of some sort? Like a valve cover gasket set or a head gasket set?

Are there any kinds of seals I should by for the cam swap?

Should I change the oil pump while I'm at it?

Should I spend the money for a vw specific valve spring removal tool?

Can I change the valve springs/lifters with the head on?

Should I replace the valve stem seals while I'm at it?

Also, I have a light weight underdrive pulley, and assume I need a difrfernt size belt than stock. Does anyone know what size specifically?

Thanks for any and all help.

Don't know much about rebuilding this particular engine. plan on rebuilding eventually but since its a daily driver I won't have the chance for some time...

As far as gaskets go for the head... I'm hearing you should stack two gaskets. I'm guessing it decreases the chance of needing to replace them with heavy driving. And avoid Cork... rubber is the way to go.
