Default Help! Jetta won't start

So I had trouble about a month ago with the jetta not starting when it was wet out, even when it did run it was shakey until it got going. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor and everything seemed fine. It would start right up, however I went out to start my car last night and it would turnover but it wouldn't fire, the jetta was under a canopy style garage so there was some snow on it and it's about 20 degrees here but Im not sure what is causing it to not fire. moisture? fuel pump? It is a 1996 2.0L jetta gls if that helps. Thanks ahead for any suggestions.

Didn't see that you replaced your plugs. They could be fouled or just need to be replaced. That would be the first thing I would check, then check your battery to insure that you are cranking enought amps 13.3+ or something. Also could be fuel related...drop in some DRY gas or injector cleaner to be sure your fuel is ok. Do that and report back. Best of luck!
