i need help....

my girls son just bought a 95 jetta 2.0, 5 speed. i joined here for help with fixing it with him. we replaced clutch cable and have been told i need to bleed. prob is i dont know where the slave cylinder is in this thing! i dont see a line coming from MC to tranny, could it be i have no slave cylinder? is this thing not hydraulic? any help would be great...thanks in advance!

No need to bleed, there is no slave cylinder. Its mechanical clutch cable. The VR6 has the hydraulic clutch.

i was kinda thinking that...was hoping it was that easy. its got a new cable, works good. no engage/disengage in clutch feel. goes in gear, but wont move. in what order should i start troubleshooting this issue? thanks again for your help, i look forward to some more!
