Not completely...some times the oil from the filter itself gets sucked up into the MAF and can cause issues untiol it is cleaned off.

Personally I have never been convinced that you can't get just about the same results from a good panle filter, and some sort of minor air-box mod (swiss cheese, etc...)...but that's just my personal opinion. What difference would having some shop put on a "full intake" make? By "full intake" are you refering to a cold air intake? I don't follow, as your first post hints towards the use of a cold air intake or short ram air of some type.

get a k and n drop in filter, take the 140 bucks you saved put it towards teh muffler fund and get a techtonics tuning cat back with a borla muffler( dual tips woooot), your car will sound awesome and have a lot more power than the setup with a "cold air" and just a muffler

Um...not to be a jerk or anything, but coilovers will include everything needed. Figure out what you can afford, then research the hell out of it...and just like you have been doing, ask lots of questions!

Stay away from eBay coilovers unless they are H&R, KW, Weitec or Bilstein. And I'm sure that there are a few others that I forgot to mention.
