Polo Classic Sports 1997 camber

I have a polo classic 97 rhd 1.6 engine with code 1f

i have had problems with the o/s/f tyre wearing on the outer edge in 6 years I have had 4 new tyres covering approx 20.000miles
the tracking has been checked twice i was told the camber is not adjustable is this correct if not how do i check it!

your help needed
