Default power door lock dont work.

My passenger side doorlock won't lock and unlock . However, if I lock and unlock from the main switch inside it works. I dont understand. Please help.

Default power door lock dont work.

I could be wrong but I remember my A2 wouldn't let me push the lock down. I had to lock it from the outside with the key. This is so you never could lock your keys in the car.

I don't think that it'd be a vaccum line, b/c his lock works from the switch inside. Take it apart dude, see what you find! They're easy to take apart from the inside of the door. Good luck.

Default power door lock dont work.

I'm planning to take it apart. Its just weird that when I insert my key to the Lock cylinder hole it wouldn't unlock or lock. The main switch works. I dont know anything about the vacuum type but I hear the lock mechanism go into action when I unlock and lock from the drivers side and main switch.

A little WD-40 goes a long way...Might want to try that too.

I would take the inside door panel off.See if any of the hoses broke .
