Default A question about headers.

Alright, well I been thinking about getting some headers,

cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Exhaust-Header-Golf-Jetta-MK3-92-93-94-95-96-04-2-8-VR6_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33631QQihZ014QQitem Z330265834959QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

I found this on Ebay, it says no mods needd, and its bolt-on. and will increase about 10-16 hp.

Whats your guys thoughts? I wanna know more before i actaully buy one.

Like if i will gain 10-16 hp? How much of a difference will i see? Top end and low end torq? etc? spam me with your knowledge! haha

Thanks guys

<3 this forum, Mike

well you need the whole link for us to look at it...

im not sure which car you have, looks like you're looking for a vr going by parts of the ad link.

while i can't say from personal experience, the only thing i have heard about headers on the 12v is that they decrease power, if there is any difference at all. i've heard that if you have a fully built motor then you will see some gains but on a stock one...its not worth your money.

for most cars the "big" power adders are intake, headers and exhaust, but for us its intake, chip and exhaust.
