How about vice grips around the outside of the bolt?

Also, before you remove any more, make sure to use a pick to clean out the dirt inside the Allen head, then hit them with compressed air to be sure all dirt is removed and the Allen key sits deep into the bolt head.

I've done this on my axle bolt. I used a torx bit slightly larger than the hole and used a hand sledge to tap it in. Came out with ease.

Also, once is out, go buy a new bolt! Don't reinstall the stripped one.

Try both at the same time. Hammer a torx bit into the bolt head, and also use vice grips at the same time.

You'll need an extra set of hands. Try turning the torx bit with a ratchet while also turning the vice grips.

get a blowtorch and heat it up. the two different metals are different alloys and they will expand at different rates. It can sometimes cause it to break free. youll still need vice grips though. and make sure you have a good pair. the crappy kind slip all the time.

hey!!! you can also use this if you can find one,i use it at work. you need to drill[with the same size] in the center of the bolt and twist it in and unscrew it.
