Question Squeaking Noise

There is a squeaking noise coming from my front driver side wheel when I am doing 20mph to 45mph. Also when I press on the brakes the squeaking gets louder. When the break pedals is fully down it stops squeaking. When it stops squeaking I hear like a chugging sound (like a train chugging along). The recent work I had done on my car was new ball joints, right front passenger side wheel hub and bearing, both inner and outer tie rods, and an alignment. Need some help asap for I am saving up to buy a set of wheels.
I checked my brake pads and they are not worn out and neither are my rotors.

Do your brakes shake when applied? Maybe you have a warped rotor that rubs on the pads each revolution.

Ok checked the rotor. It was warped a little and I changed both of them and the pads. It helped somewhat but that chugging noise is still there. Oh I noticed that when I was removing the left front rotor the wheel hub would wiggle a bit. Could it be a bad bearing? If so I recently replace the front right one a month ago and wanted to know if I have to replace it along with the left one?

I also forgot to mention the wheel hub that I installed in the front passenger side came with the ABS ring. My car doesn't have ABS, but the guy whom I ordered it from said that it will still work on my and that I had to do was unscrew it from the wheel hub. It fit well and I wanted to know if maybe this was causing my problems (possibly a weight imbalance)? It didn't make a noise or make the car drive different. The loud chugging/knocking noise started about a month after the repairs.
