Default stalls out sometimes

when i sometimes come to a stop and push in the clutch it wants to stall. what could be causing this?

Lack of fuel somewhere? Do you have to rev it to about 2k before taking off to prevent bogging?

Check:

-throttle body (make sure its clean and moving freely)
-mass air flow sensor
-air filter
-fuel filter
-fuel injectors

Could be any of those or something entirely different. Have you attempted scanning it yet?
