Default VCDS not reading Lambda Sensor

Hi all.
I bought an original HEX-USB connect for my VW jetta 3.
when i connected the first time i could see the Lambda sensor on my graph. But a week later i started seeing a straight line on the graph. on measuring blocks, when the engine is runing i can only see 1000 and figure doesn't change. But when engine is not running, i can see figures like,0.98: 0.64 and no 1000.

I changed the sensor and checked wiring and still the same problem. I upgraded my VCDS to 11.4 but still. Is there some settings that i am missing on VCDS or what?

I also tried it on 4 or 5 different cars but still no luck. Please help me good people.

Also can someone advise me where i can get the Label file for the below Part number for the engine and instruction on how to save it on my label file folder, so that it works; 6KS 906 258 L.

Thanks you all.
