Default '01 Jetta GLS 2.0L Stumbles/No power....HELP!!!!

I am a new member to the forum and have spent the past two days scouring the net and multiple forums looking for a solution/answer the my problem.

I have a 2001 Jetta GLS 2.0L w/ 113,XXXmi. The problem I am having is that there under normal driving conditions the engine has no power at all. The throttle pedal is to the floor and it still only reach 4,000rpm and hesitates, stumbles and misfires. It keeps throwing codes P0300, P0302 ect, It never seems to miss on the same cylinders. The following items have been replaced recently:
-Plugs
-wires
-coil
-fuel filter
-air filter
-Cat. Converter (generic not direct fit)
-MAF Sensor

As i said before I had searched all over for an answer but no avail. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I am also a diesel tech with several years of automotive experience, but none with VW.
