I would probablt stick to the 5w30 then. I run 0w30 but my car is turbo and she loves the 0 weight.

is anybody know what kinda cooler need for my 00 vw cabrio gls
i dont have manual guide for my car so any suggestion about that
the cooler color is pink but i dont know about what kinda cooler is that

if youre referring to coolant. its g12. dont use that prestone green shit. g12 and g12 only

I looked at my AutoZone today and they do carry the made in Germany 0w-30 "European Blend" for $8.99/qt. I think oil at any price is cheap compared to what it protects so I don't care it's more, but comments about ticking had me thinking 5w-30 until I read your posts. Thanks Brenshlus.

5w 40 is was the book recommends, if not then 5w 30. but like stated above, some people run a 0 weight.
