Fans going on and off...

From the second I turn the car on the fan on the drivers side will start cycling on and off. Car is not overheating. No codes for it. Does it on a cold motor and hot. Any suggestions?

Off. Never had this issue til today. After I replaced the fuse for the ebrake. Which has a few other things attached to it. Fuse #5

hmm. couldn't hurt to check other fuses i guess. maybe the coolant temp sensor? is it the revised green top one? hopefully someone else will chime in.
