Default I seek advice on applying my new badge

So today I got my new (used) red GTI front grill badge and trunk red gti badge with the rabbit.

Like so:

So there is no adhesive on the back. Should I cut some 3m double sided tape or something?

3m should be fine. I think there's an outdoor/marine version that should stick even better. Just make sure all the old stuff is gone first.
