Default MIL light is on :o

hey guys

Today when I started my car in the morning I noticed that the MIL light is on. The car was parked for like 3 weeks (rarely driven during that time) as I was on vacation. Yesterday I drove it a little and there was no problem. Today morning when I started the car the light came on and stayed on? any answers? is it dangerous to drive with that light on?

any suggestions would be of great help

thanks

Could be anything...I would get the codes pulled asap, but don't sweat it too much until it starts blinking

Could be a sensor or anything really since your car sat for 3 weeks maybe you got some gas seperation and some water vapors went threw the injectors...again like Josh said until it's bling and displays "STOP" you are ok. But I would go and have it cleared from a dealer or if you know someone that has a VAG.
