hey guys
Today when I started my car in the morning I noticed that the MIL light is on. The car was parked for like 3 weeks (rarely driven during that time) as I was on vacation. Yesterday I drove it a little and there was no problem. Today morning when I started the car the light came on and stayed on? any answers? is it dangerous to drive with that light on? any suggestions would be of great help thanks |

Could be anything...I would get the codes pulled asap, but don't sweat it too much until it starts blinking

Could be a sensor or anything really since your car sat for 3 weeks maybe you got some gas seperation and some water vapors went threw the injectors...again like Josh said until it's bling and displays "STOP" you are ok. But I would go and have it cleared from a dealer or if you know someone that has a VAG.
