My Electric windows

My electric windows dont work
I have looked at the fuses ant they are ok
I have looked at the relays (that I can find) and they are ok
What could be the problem?

(p.s. I have an electric trunk opener that is burnt out, could that be the problem?)

This happened when the engine blew out. or shortly after.

And where can I get my car chipped in europe?
