I just installed mine last night and I had a problem with these when installing them. The high and lows work. Fog and blinker but no angel eyes. And the left side's lamp is lazy. If faces the ground and no straight. I even got a ticket on the way home b/c the cop said my lamp was out and it wasn't (new bulbs) and I think it's just b/c it facing down. Does anyone know how to corret this or is it a defect? And why don't the angel eyes work?

Do you happen to have the Helix OEM HID reps for the Golfs?

They may need to be independent wired to your DTRL (Day Time Running Lights). Mine were.

Cops love to pull someone over for appreciating their car enough to modify it. If you drove a Ca-Piss all day long.... you would too.

Consider yourself lucky... Cops in my area are driving these... and there F&#king impossible to run from...

Imagine cruising on the TurnPike at a comfortable (CENSORED) mph and having this bearing down on as if you were going backwards...

We'll I found out the problem and the salesman at Discount Import Parts was great. It ended up being a falty relay. Basically in my life any part for my car doens't ever come right without 2-3 mods, but the store is going to send me a new set. He said to use what ever I needed out the box and then send the rest back as long as it completes a full box. So I think I'll just take the relay and the lazy headlamp. Send the rest back.

Funny thing was I emailed Parts4Euro.com twice and still received no reply.

Thanks to Discount Import Parts, I know what's going on.

"EMAIL IS THE FASTEST WAY TO REACH US AND RECEIVE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE", said Parts4Euro. I guess someone else has you beat.

Also, these are the headlamps (smoked) VW - HELIX OEM HID Replica Headlight Assemblies for 99.5 - 05 MK4 Jetta NEW PRODUCT!! And I bought mine for $385.00 at Discount Import Parts and Parts4Euro sells them at "$499.99 FREE SHIPPING in the U.S.".

I think I'd rather pay shipping for $20.00.

Seeing how you modded your passat I would have thought you had more class than that. Didnt think Ricey boy racer look was your thing. The Helix OEM HID reps are much classier looking.

I couldnt find them on parts4euro though, they are nice though:
