Most people use PVC reducer bushings (plumbing from the hardware store) but since you already have yours mounted Id suggest looking at actual shroud options.

Take a look here, I can set you up at a discounted price

LOOKING GOOD!!!! when i started moding these lights i had no idea what to do or what was available...i just knew i had these projectors and that i wanted to put them in my car, i didnt know about the morimoto design or anything if i did i would have ordered some online and just installed them, they were, i think the equivalent of $65 that would have lokked great and worked great, but anyhoo...i started polishing the lenses last night....just some 1200 grit and then some metal polish on my dremmel buffer[IMG][/IMG]

TDI Fitment: New GLI style housings with FXR V3 Bixenons, OEM Bulbs, Iris Shrouds, 50w Ballasts, and OEM fogs.

A little trimming keeps everything in tact and discrete!

I call ninja on that wire hide job. When it's warm out I'll figure that out.

Its not too hard. Relay box is tucked in the fender and the wires are run around the Radiator support thru the headlight plastic covers and under the rad support aboxe the fans.

Try and find a perfect circle ring to put between the projector and the shroud. Next to the light is the most important part to be perfectly round.
Something rubber or foam so you don't damage that glass with the metal.

They have potential.

Here's the latest for this week.

Dual GTI retrofit. These are becoming quite popular haha

And some OEM MKIV HIDs converted to BIxenons and Iris shrouds

And for you Sir Miller! Some Cleaned up MK3 Halos also converted to Bixenons with my own special touch! Filled in the mounting holes on the lowbeam side and repainted everything.
