Well, Koni is no help here.

I have 5 choices:

Send in my dampers for rebuild ~ $380
Purchase replacements from Koni ~ $600
Try to fit inserts in the rear ~ $2-300
Try to rig it and buy B&G in 2013.
Try to rig it and go air in 2014.

I could, but at my ride height I fear I would just blow them. I like the adjustability, but the whole coilover setup is earing poorly due to winter use and may need a freshing up by next spring anyways.

koni sports are adjustable but you have to remove the top mount to adjust them. thats what i have now. alot of guys with air run them or bilstein sports.

I had thoughts of buying rear bags, new dampers, and everything but the front bags this spring...might help offset costs and help me with the installation process.

Thoughts?

I may just pick up a set of Koni sports for now i suppose, unless i can figure out how to get the mount of my current damper, then i can just adjust it and forget it until i want to go a different route.

Anyone want to buy Fat fives? $700 w/ tires and they are yours. They have a newer set of summer performance tires on them (Kumho Sport LE), good tread.

for another $100 i wil give you the 8mm/15mm H&R spacers and extended lugs to fit as mine do in this picture.

The Barrels are in need of some cleaning and clearcoat removal, but the faces are polished nicely. They do have a couple knicks here and there due to rocks on the road, but they shine really well.

Got my rear damper loose finally. It should NOT have come to this.

How it got stuck, mount loose:

Had to hacksaw then dremel with a cutting disc:

Set damping adjustment, spun on new top nuts, and now both sides work great, for now.
