Default Resetting a Check Engine Light

Changed my ECT sensor today wanted to reset my check engine light if possible. Anyone know how to do it? I know in cars I had in the past there were different ways to do it.

you can go to an auto zone and borrow one of their ODBII scanners, they have a reset button on them. also, i belive you can disconnect the battery for a few minutes as well.
