Default Thermal Research and Development???

I'm a newbie here so bare with me

A buddy of mine has been blowin smoke up my rear about Thermal Research and Development exhausts, sounds a little to high for me on his rice burner RSX. Just wanted to know if anyone has one. I have an 01' GLI looking for a nice clean low growl and was wondering if this would fit the bill? Any and all help is appreciative

SilverGTI (Brian) has a Thermal exhaust on his VR6 GTI, and it sounds awesome!
Oh, and welcome!

yeah welcome man, and a main reason honda's sound so high is there such a high reving 4 cyc, but VW's have torque and if its going on a VR6 they definaly have a deep roll to them

I love how Brian's sounds....I was driving behind him at Waterfest and kept commenting to my friend how much I liked it...very deep tone. Also, TT with a Borla muffler, Milltek....those sound good too.

Thermal makes great quality mufflers. I have one on the VRT. Many of very, very hot driven miles and the packing is holding up.
