90.3 bore on vr6
95.9 bore on r32

r32 has a 2-3mm higher STD also on pistons.

They use the same rods. 164X20MM

Not sure about crank but I assume its the same.

idk.. i decided to change my mind on what im doing. i talked to 034 Motorsports ( I HIGHLY recommend them, and talk to "Sam", thats who i spoke to.) and they were telling me about the engine they built, a mkiv vr6 with 1,200hp

I told him what I wanted to do and he hold me a lot and helped me out and got me building a Vr with boost at about 600hp.

It'll be a long build because of money but as for bottom end all foraged is about 3375 which isn't to bad!

once again i highly recommend them!!

R32 crank is different from 2.8 24v. It has a longer stroke.

If you install an R32 crank in a 24v block with 24v pistons / rods you will up the displacement to 3.0L.

and for what you're attempting you really should grab a bentley. I dunno wtf I would do without mine.
