What all do I need to install my amg wheels

I just bought a set of amg wheels. I know I need the adapter but I would also like to know is there anything additional I will need

You'll need to give more information. What is the size of the wheels? Bolt pattern? Offset?

Mine: 20th AE GTI, BMP, 133k, 3" Turbo back, Stage 2 Unitronic

18 inch wheels, 8.5 offset 9.5, 5x112

I really need to know how thick my spacers should be so that my wheels won't rub against my coilovers

9.5 is not an offset. That is the critical number you need to provide to get an educated response.
