Where can i get a bozer attachment?

I have an MK4 Jetta, i need an attachment for my stock hood. I wanna make a custom bozer but dont wanna use scrap metal, is there anyplace that sells the attachment?

No not carbon fiber, i actually trying to get rid of my carbon fiber hood, i need to convert my stock hood, thanks tho!
