I was looking for a remote turn on at the amp. The reason for this is so that if one wanted to run an aftermarket amp off of the factory source unit, he would not have to run a remote wire from the dash back. It would be much easier to tap into a remote wire in the trunk, where the wire from the dash would end up anyway. I no longer need the answer to this question, as I have an aftermarket deck, but it would still be nice to know for future reference, if anyone knows the answer.

There is none. The Monsoon amp is on all the time when the car is on.

The monsoon amp is turned on by the speaker levels.

The cd changer harness does have a remote turn on, it is the gray wire like the above poster said.

When I had an aftermarket amp in my car (which I don't anymore cause some bastard broke into my car) I had the remote wire run to the 75/X relay under the dash, which is power on with the ignition on, car not cranking (starter motor activated).
