Default 69 Beetle Clutch chatter

I have a problem with clutch chatter only in 1st gear. I pulled clutch and it looked fine it had some oil on it not bad I couldn't get correct clutch so I cleaned it and reinstalled it worked fine for a few days then started chattering again? Any ideas ?
