Default Disable Daytime Running Lights?

Does anyone know of a way to disable my daytime running lights (until i get a euro switch)??
I remember doing this is on my A3 jetta by clipping the yellow wire...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Default Disable Daytime Running Lights?

I think what people do with MK4's is use some electrical tape on the switch itself. I'm not totally sure which wire it is though.

to me, that's the harder way of doing it. check the other post you posted i put a link or an easier way of doing it.(black tape)
