Default Misfire on #2, 2000 beetle 1.8t APH motor

Checked compression on all 4, spot on to Bentley manual
Pulled spark plug, wet with fuel, injector works
Switch coil packs, still missing on #2
Had the plugs and coil packs out on the valve cover, all seem to spark fine
Checked timing, Mark at top of cam wheel, main engine pulley, and flywheel line up per Bentley manual
Checked cam shaft timing marks, line up per Bentley manual, with 16 chain links between the sprockets.
Pulled OBD II codes, camshaft position sendor low voltage, and out of sequence.
Checked for correct voltage out form camshaft sendor, turned over by hand, signal form 0-11V depending on cam position, checks with Haynes manual.
Checked engine speed sendor resistance per Haynes manual, OK

Replaced cam position sendor & trigger wheel, still miss firing
This car sat without a battery for a while, is it possible that there is something wrong with my ECU, and how can I check for that? Any suggestions?
