Default Need Battery Tray and Part Id'd

Okay, I bought a 2000 Beetle. Needed a motor, got motor installed but in the process I left the battery tray and everything for the battery in a friends truck that was parked next to it. He came and got the truck and threw everything away out of the back of the truck. So, now I need the battery tray and whatever else holds the battery in.
After installing the new motor, 1.8 Turbo gas, I realize that the previous repair facility decided to permanently borrow part of the wiring harness. They just cut off the connector that has I believe 6-7 wires in it at the end of the injection rail. I have the camshaft position sensor that is right next to it and one other one but have not idea what this goes to. There is not even a place for it to plug into. I am guessing they took that too. Some pictures of the engine compartment would probably be helpful. The area is right next to the timing belt cover and right behind the alternator.
Another connector I cannot figure out where it goes is right in the middle of the 2 cooling fans. It has 2 heavy wires in it and is short. Can't figure it out either. I think I am missing parts here also.
