Personally, I would do an oil flush and switch to synthetic.
Oil Flush = drain oil, change filter, refill with dino oil, run at 3K RPM for 15 minutes, drain dino, refill with dino, 3K 15 minutes, drain, change filter, refill with synthetic. I recently did this to my silver '88 Audi 80 Quattro and that has 218,000 on it. I actually didn't get all that much out of it, as this car was maintained properly, but it was worthwhile. |
