Roof mounted Trailer for early 70's beetle

I am looking for all information that can be found about this type of camper project that was made for small cars such as a VW beetle.

YouTube - 1974 Volkswagen Beetle & Camper - road...

I know someone out there in VW land will still have one or know of soemone who does. I found the patents on line for the actual hitch assembly and 360 degrees chain hookups but nothing for the actual trailer.

I need help on this one.
