Default window break in????

I put in one side with new window seals and it is really stiff and doesnt slide freely as it should.... is there a time limit before it starts or what did i do wrong

Depends on how stiff? Sometimes it does take awhile for things to relax You can try and spray some silicone in the channels to see if that help. Did everything go smooth in the installation of everything? I assume you replaced it all?

only one side so far, other side tomorrow. need to drill out 2 broken screws and replace before i can do the vent wing... stuff like this makes me want to restore a boat.. no windows

I think that talc powder is also used to reduce the friction between window glass and channel.

Yep talc powder is good especially if the window it self is trying to cling to the new rubber.
