Hey guys, I bought this 1989 VW Cabriolet about two years ago and put lots of new parts on it and alot of work into it. All the receipts add up to over 2,400 if you want to see them I have them for you. I need to get rid of the car because of another car project with my Jeep. I Love this car. The car itself has 145,000 miles on it. Their is no rust and it has the clipper kit. I just recently put a new 8v motor in it from another cabriolet and that motor only had 80,000 miles on it. The car also has a brand new top, but the back bar is bent which is an easy fix, the seats are out of a Scirocco and are recaros also. I replaced all the gasjets on the motor and installed a 270 autotech cam. the car is lowered, has a 4 into 1 hearder made by I think pacesetter, and also has a techtonics full exhaust. if you want I might even throw in a Crossflow port n polished head...
P.S. The car also comes with two other motors, one is a 8v cis injection which is in pieces, and the other is 8v digi II motor out of a GTI. I have all the parts for both of them, and I even have a brand new clutch for the motor and the clutch isnt bad at all, so you get an extra one just in case =)
All this car needs to be basically perfect is an alignment, and needs re inspected
