81 Scirrocco cheap!

First I have to say this is a really nice board. I'm new here and have a car someone might be interested in. I have an 1981 Scirrocco I need to get out of my storage barn. The car is pretty much stripped down interior wise. The exterior is also needs work along with the cars drivetrain. The motor ran when I put it in storage but I doubt it would run well now. Not to mention the harness is pulled on the engine. The tranny works but 2nd and 4th grind a bit. I've had the car for 6 years and the last five it has been in my barn. the hood and drivers side fender have a crease in them. The hood is repairable both fenders are rotted at the bottom so I would junk them. The doors have some rust at the bottom along with the rear wheel flares. Basically I intended to restore the car but have no time, money or interest anymore. I unfortunately have no digital camera so thus I have no pics. But if anyone lives close by and wants to see it please email or call me. I need to get rid of the car and it has plenty of good parts on it still and is definitely restorable with some time and effort. I will field any offers on the car.

I know if I had the extra cash, I would love a Scirocco project.
