inspected till end of this month



there was a 16v in it about 5 months ago and then spun a bearing so i put 8v back in it and built it up,i drove car home from shop.the car was running really rich and timing was a lil retarded.retimed it and leaned fuel and now it wont start,so i just dont wanna work on it anymore.
