Default Want to check out some clean FORDS? [Northern California]

Hey guys CaliforniaFords.com would like to cordially invite all VWforum.com members to come check out our 2nd Anual Car Show. It will be on June 28th, exactly two weeks after our Ford vs Chevy race!

Come on, admit it, you've been seeing some clean looking and sweet sounding Mustangs cruising in your area and always wanted to peak under the hood and talk to the owners to see what your Ford counterparts are up to. Well here is your chance to spend a Saturday afternoon looking at some clean American muscle, enjoying the good food, and the great weather!

Here are the details:

Well this is too funny. I was just working on a Black Convertible Cobra GT yesterday night with my brother. Helping him out really.

In 5 hours we did:

Put Race Clutch in.

Put custom formula of transmission oil in.

Took off both catalytic converters and put straight 2.5" pipes as a replacement. Drilled and threaded 4 custom points for the sensors and put them back on.

Replaced his tires with new 245/45/17 up front and 275/40/17 in the rear.

That car sounds so sick. Even though I call them Rustangs I certainly do have respect for the power.

Besides, my brother prefers to work on a Mustang then any Honda. They are very easy to work on.

PS: However I can see where DB is coming from.

Not that htose aren't nice cars but i can't stand fords. I work on them all the time at work and i think they're peices of s**t. I used to own a ford and i hated it. Not trying to start a argument. But it's nice that people offer .

No problem. Is there a VW forum that consists of mostly west coast/northern california members? Maybe I should post this on a west coast/northern california forum so this post can be deleted since I've obviously offended many of you

i LIKE the ford motor company (not just ford) as well as the vw group (not just vw), of course for mostly different reasons. none of em are perfect, but dealing with and solving their problems is just part of the lovin'.
