Default waterfest hotel research

so i've been researching hotels for the event...

(these are all non official hotels)

*Hilton - 23 mins from raceway - 89/pernight
*McIntosh Inn - 16 mins from raceway - 76/pernight
*Howard Johnson Express - 24 mins from raceway - 72/per night (travelocity.com) 63/pernight (hotels.com)

how do these compare with the official hotels?

well i'm not even going ot bother to tell you about number 1 and 2 cause they're booked but 3 and 4 are both almost 40 minutes away and one is 89/per night and one is 67.50/per night so we will probably be goign with teh howard johnson express its closer and cheaper. Just thought I'd let you guys know my findings in case you're like me and only wanna visit the party hotels and not sleep in them, or attempt to sleep in them.

I will be staying at the Hilton East Brunswick. I think wee should get some more forum members together to stay at the same hotel(not same room). I say screw the hosted hotels to many crazies for me.
