waterfest question

I have been told from some guys that if you go to waterfest and your car isnt in the show people F**k with it. Is this true or b/s? I'd love to go but dont really wanna put my car in it.

ive heard some things about shit happening at hotels, but thats just dirty jersey related i dont think its waterfest related

you gotta go to waterfest man, we stayed at a hotel a couple miles away last year and didnt have a problem at all...out of all the people who go i only remember one car getting really raped at a hotel and that was 2 years ago

i only went on sunday last year. my car was fine there. as far as hotels go i didnt hear anything bad about anything last year. I say just go. I think you'll be fine!

There was a bunch of idiots last year though that where stealing antennas and MK3 bumper side markers. Best to put on the yellies .Leave the smoke and clears and at home and put the antenna in the glove box. Besides that it's a Blast .Not as much fun as the H20 though.

On a side note I hate english town. They got to move this event some were else

Water fest tends to atract the creatons of the VW world. H20 is totaly laid back and party party party!!!! .It is more like spring break for dubs. I have never seen so many VWs in opne place in my life. The creators of H20 put alot of thought into their event and made it totaly a VW vibe thing. Unlike water fest wich is obcessed with commercialism and compitition. Basicaly like any other car show. However H20 it takes the vw theory to heart . So it does not matter how fast or tricked your dub is just that you own one and your part of a Family
