WRTeam all Euro show

The WRTeam show is going to be August 28, 2004 and this year the team is adding an all vw/audi showcase to take place at WRevolution.04. This event will be a "show within the show" and will feature some unique euro-flavor awards. All vw/audi vehicles will be displayed here in their own showfield area... on the WRevolution.04 ROOF!!! (weather permitting) The BlitzkWRieg will also feature its own entertainment as well as VAG specialized vendors.

Note: blitzkWRieg competitors will be competing in all WRevolution classes that apply to their vehicles ... but will also be eligible for the blitzkWRieg euro specialty awards.

So that means spread the word to the VW/Audi community to come and represent. We know that this is where the import scene started... Hell... it's where our team started too. So bring your dub crews.

The show is held every year and it is sponsored by WR Team out of Harrsiburg, PA. The date is August 28th this year the time has yet to be announced and other details will be posted when the time gets closer.

blitzkWRieg is an all vw/audi showcase which will take place on the roof * of the WRevolution event on August 28, 2004. This event will feature some of its own european influenced awards, its own entertainment, and vw/audi specialist vendors. The BlitzkWRieg will be a "Show within the show". We strive to get the european competitors out to have a good time at our event. So come on out and bring a crew of Dubs.



How Do You Become A Part of BlitzkWRieg?

It is simple... just register to compete in the WRevolution show. All vw/audi competitors will be parked in the BlitzkWRieg area. You will be eligible for all WRevolution awards that apply to your vehicle. But - in addition, you will also be eligible for the BlitzkWRieg - vw/audi influenced awards.


blitzkWRieg Awards - vw/audi specific awards
Best American/Tuner Style - Dub with American influenced styling. Featuring fiberglass body kits, large wheels (18 or 19 inches), aggressive paint or graphics, etc

Best EURO Style - Old School approach with textured bumpers, flares, mouldings, smaller - wider wheels, extremely low, subtle styling. OR aggressive styling as long as the body parts are from Europe (i.e. Rieger Tuning), Shaved trunk lids, Boser/Bad Boy Hood conversions.

A car would NOT have to have ALL of the qualifications - but alot of them for destinction between US and Euro Style.

Sickest Motor Swap - VR6 in a MK2, VR6 in a Mk1, G60 Rabbit, 1.8T Mk2, 5 cylinder Audi swap, Corrado 16V Turbo... the most unique and best engineered will take this one home.

"Euro Baller" - Best Touring Car look or German Luxury Style ( most likely for, but not limited to, B5 Passats and all Audi's)

"Sickest OEM style conversion" - Jolfs, Getta's, Corrado or Rallye Golf conversions. Again - the most unique and best engineered conversion will win.


* The event will be on the roof as long as weather permits... in case of rain, we will move the event to another level inside the garage.

sounds sweet. last year with every car in the garages stereo's up the whole way it went from music to just noise. so hopfully we'll be away from some of that. but either way i'll be there. hopfully a lot of dubbs will show.
