Interesting. I love how far back they had to push the dash. Must handle like a wet sponge.

I guess they must have converted it to RWD? It probably handles about the same as the 454 Vega we helped build in shop class. Smoke and noise was all it was really good at. I will give them credit for the badging though, that was really clever. and the out of the hood battery mount to keep it cool, that is a good mod too. I should do that on mine, maybe make a plexi sunroof that will hold it.

I'm playing devils advocate here, but....

Do you suppose that a Civic with the battery sitting on top of the air cleaner and no hood on it, with a part number still grease penciled on the driver fender, just might be a work in progress? I'm thinking that paint might be the last piece of the puzzle.
