I think it's a great product, Just way to much right now for any real demand. Once the price goes down to $1,000-$2,000 instead of $4,000-$5,000, the demand will go up. I could see this being used on big college campuses.

I like the general idea of em, and I think I know what Dean Kamen was gunning for with em, but there's no real point...$4-5000, 15mi(was it?) range, kinda slow...you can get a groin grabbinly good bike for like 1000...then there's what with the pedaling and all...but eeh, it's worth the savings in cash and range

Plus 4-5k would pay for a nice turbo setup [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I think he wanted the general use of it to be used for business's. I know the post office tested them and it cut the time on walking route's and some warehouses where using them.
