I don't know if anyone has seen this, but I just found it: VIN Decoder

This is the info on my car:
Model Year: 2000 (Y)
Model Type: Golf/Jetta/Bora(A4) (1J)
Model Style: VW Passenger car made in Europe (WVW)
Body Type: 2 door Sports (D)
Engine Type: Upper Mid Horsepower for model (E)
