Default bad business

Hey guys, have you ever heard of Dubtechnik?? If not let me tell you this, they say that their parts are overseas from Europe, but they are not. I've been told that there are lawsuits on them by other legit companies. Thats why they're so cheap. They send you parts made out of fiberglass, with no instructions on how to bolt them to your car. Parts are missing. They scamed me by sending me a part I didn't tell them to ship and don't want to credit me back, saying it wasn't returned when the shipment tracking shows that it was delivered. It was delivered to a resident address, so they must not have a real building or warehouse. I'm all for people having a legit business, but they don't seem to and they are trying to scam me right now. I just want to make sure others are warned before they do business with them. Just be careful. Any ?'s you can verify this with S.F. and they will tell you the same.

back before i had my car painted i had ordered a front bumper from them which was over 500 bucks. i waited months for it and it supposidly took so long b/c of clearing through us customs. i ended up canceling my order b/c i wanted my car done, which they were real cool about and ended up sending me a vr lip instead next day b/c of the hassle i went through with waiting forever for the bumper. im not sure of anyone else having issues with them.

most of their kits are from over seas i saw them in person over there and they are originally in fiberglass...the reason most companies dont send instructions is if you dont know you shouldnt be trying to do it...im in no way defending any shady activity though cuz i have never dealt with them
