Default Cabby BACK from the bodyshop...!update!

So I dropped her off to be painted last weekend. She should soon be done, maybe in a week or two yet. The passenger side is really a mess, a lot of body work needed to be done. Getting it painted the same color with a clear coat and no shaving or debadging. Should have some pics up in a week or two.

Love that color and I know you said your not shaving anything but I've never been a big fan of those huge sidemarkers on there. Personally don't think you should go crazy with body work on this car but those sidemarkers...

I was kinda up in the air with doing the markers. Maybe down the road. Im prob just going to get some smoked ones or something when it goes back together for now, and maybe some turn lenses to match. Who knows. Thanks.

Just got it back saturday afternoon to start puting it back together. She has to get back midweek to get wet sanded cut/buffed. The fender flares and side skirts got painted tonight, and waiting on some trim clips and new oem hatch badges from mk1autohaus of off ebay (awesome guys). Still have mixed emotions about the side markers (oem/smoked/clear). Heres a little teaser, Should be at volksfest!

So here she is, im pretty happy with it. Im deciding if im gonna take it to volksfest or not with the missing trim on the passenger side, im trying to find some. The right side isnt available from the dealer but the left is, no idea why. Im been watching ebay and mk1autohaus. Im still waiting on the rest of the badges for the hatch. They should be here this weekend. Any thoughts welcome, thanks!
