Default heres the deal.

heres a few pics of the SLOWWW progress on my jetta. I really dont like what ive done to it but im hoping that some fresh paint and some body work done in the bay will pull it around a little better.

basically my idea was to have a cleaner bay....less wires, some hidden, not a full shave, just a nice flowing idea. i lengthed alot of the wires running them into the frame rails with the factory holes near the back. to get to the other side...i ran up into the rain tray and down the strut tower kind of. its a different approach then normal i guess and wasnt sure how it was going to turn out. so far this is what im at. like i said im not super impressed with what i did but the one pic with the rain tray you can kinda see how it may or may not look. keep in mind im going to have IC pipes and the plastic parts around the intake manifold too to tie up space. ps bottle might take a hike, washer bottle did, fan control module and that whole harness went, batt is staying, coolant is staying. i wish i wouldnt have gotten into it this heavy but let me know what you think.....if you dont like it you wont hurt my feelings

and one of my cleaned up garage....its amazing how a clean garage helps the progess.

get one of those to replace the coolant reservoir. if you don't plan on running the car in frigid weather, you can bypass the throttle body in the coolant system as well. it would clean up the engine bay very nicely. i like what you've done, keep up the good work
