If you're removing your cat/downpipe I have brand new bolts and gaskets for it. I'd give them to you for FREE if you want them... I don't have the MKIV anymore so they're no use to me.

I like the re-flash alot. It runs like a scared rabbit in a 2nd or 3rd gear romp, little more than before.

The cat issue, I got a stainless steel down pipe made, without the cat. For the downstream o2 sensor I have an eliminator I bought from a mustang website. I looked at what the readings where before i took it out on the scan tool, and compared them with the eliminator, the readings were a little different. Then added some resistors into the signal wire for the emiminator that goes to the computer, to make the computer happy when it goes and tests the "cat" so it doesnt turn the CEL on. I got a junk o2 sensor and used the plug and wired the eliminator to that so i didnt have to cut into the factory harness. I ran it all weekend at h2o like that before i took it out, and on the scan tool, it reads just like there was cat there. I just did all that so I didnt have the CEL staring at me.

But for the emissions inspection, i get exempt b/c I dont drive it more than 5k a year.
